Situated in the beautiful historic town of Sandwich, Kent, Fordwich Place is a quiet and attractive development surrounded by large gardens.

With a secure main entry system and emergency pullcords in each room, Fordwich Place is designed with your wellbeing in mind. Court information, such as repairs, sales and what has been happening around the Court, including requests for feedback, are in a Newsletter sent out regularly to residents.

The court offers a large Car park for use by residents and visitors, a communal laundry and well-tended gardens with mature trees - residents are welcome to get involved with looking after the garden areas, or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
