Minterne Apartments is a new Extra Care scheme in White City, London, for people over the age of 55.

The scheme is brought to you by Housing 21; an award-winning and sector-leading, not for profit housing provider for older people of modest means.

Extra Care is different to a care home. Living in an Extra Care scheme means you continue to live independently in your new home, exactly as you do now, but with the peace of mind of having an on-site Care Team. Find out more about living in Extra Care from some of our residents here.

Residents have the freedom to choose their own care provider, giving them the flexibility to select the best fit for their needs. Please note that you will need to go through Hammersmith and Fulham Council’s nominations process.

At Minterne Apartments you can have friends and family to visit (without asking permission) and can bring pets along with you. For the days when you don’t feel like cooking, treat yourself to a hot lunch or coffee and cake in our on-site restaurant.
