Amina Graham, Executive Director of People and Systems will be taking to the stage at the Housing Association Partnership Network (HAPN) event in April to speak about ‘Boosting Employee Engagement and Retention’.
Drawing on her own experience of evolving and adapting people practices, creating an environment of empowerment and the importance of a nurturing and cultivating organisational culture, Amina will set out the direct link between an engaged employee and one who wants to stay with the company.
In particular, she will focus on the importance of wellbeing and the impact Housing 21’s new nine-day fortnight has had on employee engagement and retention levels since its introduction last year.
She will also reflect on her own achievements including what it takes to get to the number one spot in the Great Place to Work List, be a CIPD employer of the year, top the Dolphin Innovation Index for three consecutive years and how to lead two employers to achieve Investors in People Platinum status.
If you’re inspired to find out more, sign up now to hear more from Amina and the event’s other guest speakers at the HAPN event in Manchester on 27 and 28 April.
