This offer only applies in respect of referrals/introductions of individuals who have not previously made any enquiry with Housing 21.
Valid only for new shared ownership properties sold by Housing 21.
Referral must be made prior to reservation being taken.
Referral must not be as a result of Housing 21’s own marketing and referral should not be on Housing 21’s database.
Housing 21 reserves the right to withdraw this incentive at any time.
A successful referrer must be over 18 years of age.
The incentive has no cash value.
The consent of the individuals whose details you are supplying must be obtained before the referral is made.

In the event of a purchaser being referred by more than one person, any incentive due will be for the benefit of the person who made the referral first in time. Such decision will be at the absolute discretion of Housing 21.
Housing 21 will use your personal data for the purposes connected with this offer only.
Housing 21 will use the potential new purchaser details only to send Housing 21 literature to them and invite them to enter into discussions with us.
Housing 21 will obtain consent to maintain contact through various methods and to maintain their details, upon first contact.
