Renting your home

We have properties for rent at our Extra Care and Retirement courts. On-site care and support may be available if required, supporting your independent lifestyle.

The benefits of renting with Housing & Care 21 include:

All new tenants are required to pay their rent and service charges by direct debit.

Existing tenants may be able to carry out a mutual exchange of their property with another tenant.

How to apply

When you apply for a Retirement Housing property with us, you will need to be:

  • at least 55 years although priority will be given to people over 65 years 

  • able to move within the next 6 months and be actively looking to move.

Please visit our new online application form on your computer, mobile device or tablet.

The form is interactive and will collect all required information, before automatically notifying our Lettings Team when you submit your application.

Applying by post

You can also print the form once you have completed it on your computer, or print a copy and complete it by hand. Once you have filled in the form, please sign it and post it to:
