Hancock Court

Hancock Court is on the south side of Warrington and consists of 31 one bedroom flats. There are resident management staff and a community alarm service. Facilities include lift, lounge, laundry, guest facilities for visiting friends and family, and a garden. Local services are close by and there is a bus service to the town centre.

Hancock Court enjoys an attractive setting opposite the River Mersey and Victoria Park, which boasts sports facilities, playgrounds and a skate park. A range of amenities within easy walking distance of the court include a bakery, takeaway, café, hairdresser and two small supermarkets, while a post office, doctors surgery and dentist are slightly further afield but easily reached by bus.

Warrington is a vibrant town, with an excellent rugby team and a varied programme of annual events like the Warrington Music Festival. The Golden Square, in the centre of Warrington, is one of the main shopping areas in the town and has a good selection of high street shops and major retailers.

The town is easily reached by bus and offers good rail links to the surrounding towns and larger cities.

Hancock Court has a laundry room, scooter park and a pleasant guest room with en suite facilities. There is an active residents’ association which owns a number of laptops which residents can borrow and there is also a computer area with broadband which anyone is welcome to use.
