St. Christophers Drive will offer 65 stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments which will be available to rent or purchase through shared ownership. The development will help residents live independently with on-site care, this will be available for people over the age of 55.
The new development will be designed to provide fully accessible facilities for residents and members of the public, such as a café/bistro and hair salon. There will also be a spacious residents’ lounge, buggy store, guest suite, and communal gardens for residents and their guests to enjoy.
As well as support from our on-site Care Team, the scheme will be managed by a dedicated Housing and Care Manager, who will ensure that day-to-day life runs smoothly.
