Dr Faye is an award-winning PhD researcher whose work sits at the crossroads of housing, health, and epigenetics.

As Co-Chair of the Housing Studies Association's Healthy Homes Research Network, she translates complex science into actionable insights that shape public policy in mental health, healthy ageing, and urban living. Her expertise has informed the UK Government’s Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, the Scottish Government, and local authorities across Ireland, as well as the NHS Integrated Care Partnership’s investigation into housing and health in Greater Manchester.

With a track record of high-impact presentations, from Westminster to international conferences in Europe and Asia, Faye’s research has contributed to policy discussions on the UK Decent Homes Standard. Recognised as a Future Leader in the housing sector, she collaborates with Harvard Medical School to push the frontiers of science in support of evidence-based housing policy.
