Throughout her career, Angela has built a strong track record of leading complex housing developments from inception through to delivery, combining strategic vision, commercial acumen, and a clear focus on delivering high-quality homes and sustainable development outcomes.
Angela currently leads the development of new homes across South London for Phoenix Community Housing, a resident-led housing association based in Lewisham. Her role encompasses strategic leadership of the organisation’s development ambitions, identifying and unlocking new opportunities, overseeing delivery, and building strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and local communities.
