Ashleigh leads the Senior Living team at CBRE, based in London and working with the regional teams in Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
She has over 18 years’ experience in real estate and has spent the last 10 years specialising in valuation and advisory within the elderly care and Senior Living sectors.
Ashleigh joined CBRE in 2021, and has extensive knowledge within the Healthcare market, advising a number of investors, operators, lenders and developers across the public and private sector.
