Housing 21 has launched the care industry’s first Extra Care Academy to support Care Workers into management roles with the potential to earn £50k+ salaries.

Following the success of the Extra Care Academy, Housing 21 has launched the Housing Academy- a new 18-month programme aimed at operational employees looking to progress their careers as Operations Managers or Regional Extra Care Managers.

To mark the end of National Apprenticeship Week, we spoke to our Recruitment Assistant, former apprentice, Harrison to find out more about his learning journey and how his apprenticeship has helped him to progress into his current role at Housing 21.
