The submission for the award focused on the 21 Talks podcast series as a successful campaign, forming part of Housing 21’s work to ensure that residents have a platform to share their views.
21 Talks captures the real-life stories and experiences of residents living with Housing 21, putting them at the heart of the conversation and spotlighting the topics and discussions that matter most to them.
The recent episode, getting to grips with tech, includes a conversation with two residents who share their experience of digital inclusion, as well as digital exclusion and the steps that they are taking to improve their digital knowledge.
