Housing 21 shortlisted for Later Living Operator of the Year at RESI Awards 

We are excited to announce that Housing 21 has been shortlisted for Later Living Operator of the Year at this year's RESI Awards.  

The annual awards, which are organised by Property Week, recognise successes within the residential property sector. The Later Living Operator category acknowledges the achievements of organisations that are creating modern day schemes, and providing accommodation which is adaptable and flexible to meet the growing needs of people as they age. 

Tony Tench, Deputy Director at Housing 21, said: “We are really pleased to have been shortlisted for Later Living Operator of the year. 

“This is a reflection of our hard work and efforts as an organisation to provide an excellent standard of living and care for all residents.”  

The awards evening itself brings together developers, landlords, local authorities and other key players in the housing and development sector. 

The ceremony will take place at Grosvenor House in London on 10 May.
