Ian joined Housing 21 in 2023 as Director of People and Culture. Prior to this, Ian was Acting Director of People, Performance and Culture / Head of Reward at the University of Lincoln.

Ian brings a wealth of experience in people strategy and HR, he is passionate about enhancing the employee experience through creating an inclusive culture, developing career pathways and improving the employee experience.
