The Regulator of Social Housing focuses on the governance, financial viability and value for money of registered providers of social housing. 

Our current RoSH ratings (from December 2023) are: 

  • The Regulator of Social Housing (RoSH) affirmed Housing 21’s top regulatory grading
  • Governance Rating G1: means the provider meets the regulator’s governance standards
  • Viability Rating V1: means the provider meets the regulators’ viability standards and has the financial capacity to deal with a wide range of adverse scenarios

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. It regulates all health and adult social care services, in the public, private and voluntary sectors
