Our people promises show we are passionate about people. These statements have come from staff survey results and our Investors in People report, and demonstrate what our employees value about working at Housing 21.
Retirement Housing offers private and self-contained apartments which allow our residents to live independently within a community setting. Ensuring day to day life at our courts runs smoothly is a key part of working in Retirement Housing.
Extra Care provides a positive alternative to residential care. Our residents are able to live independently in their own apartment and receive care as and when they need it. Working in Extra Care, you will be making a difference to the lives of our residents every day.
Our diverse Corporate function covers everything from Asset Management, to Finance, to People and Strategy. These departments are essential in allowing our front line staff to provide the best experience possible for our residents.
