Didcot Extra Care scheme takes shape at topping out ceremony
A topping out ceremony was held to mark the key milestone for Housing 21’s latest Extra Care scheme, which has been developed in partnership with Vale of White Horse District Council, Oxfordshire Housing and Growth Deal and Oxfordshire County Council.
Housing 21 successfully sells £80m of 2049 bonds
Housing 21, a leading not-for-profit provider of Retirement Living and Extra Care properties for older people, has announced it has sold a further £80m of its existing 3.288 percent 2049 secured bonds, taking the total bonds in issue to £450m.
£10.6 million Eastergate Extra Care scheme complete
A £10.6 million scheme which allows residents to live independently with the reassurance of an on-site care team, has celebrated its first few months in the community with a grand opening event.
