At Housing 21 we don’t believe you should have to choose between a thriving career and a busy home life; we think it’s important our employees can enjoy both. Which is why we are just as committed to employee wellbeing as we are to improving the lives of our residents.
Whether you are based in one of our Extra Care, Retirement Living or Corporate Teams, you will be supporting our residents to live happy and independent lives. In return, we will help you to be the best you can be through continued learning and development while you’re at work, and a range of benefits for you to enjoy when you’re not.
We are among just two percent of organisations to hold an Investors in People Platinum rating, proving our commitment to you. We also proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and a member of the Housing Diversity Network.
Retirement Living offers private and self-contained apartments which allow our residents to live independently within a community setting. Ensuring day to day life at our courts runs smoothly is a key part of working in Retirement Housing.
Extra Care provides a positive alternative to residential care. Our residents are able to live independently in their own apartment and receive care as and when they need it. Working in Extra Care, you will be making a difference to the lives of our residents every day.
Our diverse Corporate function covers everything from Asset Management, to Finance, to People and Strategy. These departments are essential in allowing our front line employees to provide the best experience possible for our residents.
Learning and development
We are committed to empowering our people and have a dedicated Learning and Development Team. We encourage you to be the best you can be.
Rewards and benefits
As part of our commitment to being an employer of choice, we have put in place a comprehensive rewards and benefits package for our employees.
