In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 we collect and process PII about our residents. We do this to provide social housing, support and domiciliary care services related to housing or as permitted by law. We are an exempt charitable housing association.

Housing 21 is incorporated under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 (Registration number IP16791R) and under the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Number L0055). Housing 21 is also a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.
