Extra Care

Working in Extra Care is all about supporting our residents to live well independently while providing a top-notch care service. 

Our brilliant employees in Extra Care have roles such as Care Workers, Regional Managers, Housing and Care Managers, Assistant Care Managers, Activities Coordinators and Care Admins and more.

Retirement Living

Retirement Living, sometimes called assisted living, is all about supporting our residents to live well independently in our Retirement Living schemes.  

Our wonderful employees in Retirement Living have roles such as Local Housing Managers, Regional Managers, Cleaners and more.

Our Corporate teams support both Extra Care and Retirement Living with professional services such as IT, Finance, Marketing, People and Culture and Development to name but a few.  

So, when you work with us as an accountant, a project manager, an analyst, or any other corporate role, you’ll still be making a life-changing difference to our residents. That’s something to feel good about.
