Occupational sick pay
Having time off due to illness can be worrying financially. We’re pleased to offer occupational sick pay to all employees to help support as best we can.
Occupational maternity (OMP) / paternity pay
All employees are eligible for OMP if they have one year’s employment 11 weeks before their due date, and four weeks' paternity leave if they have over one year’s continuous employment.
Eye care vouchers
Employees who use a computer to do their job can claim a voucher towards an eyesight test. If you need glasses, you can get a voucher towards the cost of them too!
