The celebrations are in full swing as Housing 21 received recognition at two recent award ceremonies, at the Employee Benefits Awards and the Palliative Care Awards.
Housing 21 won an impressive hat-trick across three categories at the Employee Benefits Awards.
Housing 21’s future-proofed approach and proactive environment was recognised in the award for Best Financial Wellbeing Strategy - Large Employer.
The Best Alignment of Benefits to Business Strategy was awarded for reinvesting salary sacrifice savings into wider benefits and maximising resources for a meaningful change.
Finally, the judges praised the workforce-first approach of the team and the commitment to making a real impact in the award for HR or Benefits Team of the Year.

The Employee Benefits Awards recognise the outstanding contributions of individuals, teams, and organisations that have made a mark through their innovative reward and benefits strategies in the past year.
At the Palliative Care Awards, Extra Care scheme Knaves Court in Walsall was recognised for its compassionate approach to end-of-life care. Shortlisted in four categories, they were announced winners for the Bereavement Support Award. The team was also highly commended in the Community Palliative Care Team Award.

The Palliative Care Awards pay tribute to individuals and organisations who provide high-quality, person centred, end of life and palliative care.
The Bereavement Support Award recognised the care team at Knaves Court for their exceptional compassion and holistic approach to end-of-life care. Their dedication ensures residents receive not only excellent professional support but also dignity, respect, and personal touches that make a lasting difference to residents and their families.
