That's a wrap! Housing 21 Resident Conferences come to a close.
After an incredible journey across the country, our 2026 Housing 21 Resident Conferences have officially come to an end. And what a fantastic series of events it has been!
Over the past few weeks, we have welcomed residents to five conferences, travelling from Leicester to Bristol, Kent, Manchester, and finally Leeds. Each event provided an opportunity for residents to hear about the work taking place across Housing 21, share their views, ask questions, and connect with fellow residents.
Most importantly, it gave us the chance to meet so many of you in person. It was wonderful to see familiar faces and equally rewarding to welcome residents attending for the first time. The enthusiasm, feedback and thoughtful conversations helped make every conference a success.
Throughout the events, residents heard updates from colleagues and leaders from across the organisation, learned more about key projects and priorities, and took part in discussions on the issues that matter most to them. We were also delighted to showcase some of the ways residents can get involved and help shape Housing 21's services and future direction.
A huge thank you goes to everyone who attended, contributed questions, shared feedback, and helped create such a positive atmosphere at each venue. Your engagement and commitment continue to play a vital role in helping us improve the services we provide.
We would also like to thank the many colleagues and volunteers who worked behind the scenes to organise and support the events.
As we reflect on this year's conferences, we'll be reviewing the feedback received and considering how we can make future events even better.
Thanks once again to everyone who joined us. We loved meeting both new and familiar faces and look forward to seeing you again at future resident events.
