Housing 21 has announced the appointment of Jane Holbrook as the next Chair of the Board to take over when Elaine Elkington steps down as Chair in September 2026.
Jane’s strong background and experience in customer-focused leadership will help support Housing 21’s ambition of achieving 95 per cent resident satisfaction.
A senior business leader with over 20 years of executive and non-executive experience, Jane’s career includes chief executive roles within substantial multi-site customer centric businesses. A qualified accountant, Jane has a track record of successful performance improvement and effective governance across multiple complex property and people focused organisations. Jane is also qualified in coaching and behavioural change and committed to growing great cultures at the organisations she works with.
Driven by a commitment to social value, Jane is the founder of a charitable trust dedicated to social mobility for disadvantaged children and holds several other voluntary positions, including as an ambassador for Children in Need.
