"Every aspect of these conferences is designed with residents in mind; empowering, informing, and fostering a real sense of community. It's wonderful to see so many faces."

Thank you to everyone who joined us at this year’s Retirement Living Resident Conferences!

Throughout May, over 500 residents and colleagues came together for a series of Retirement Living Resident Conferences held across five key locations including, Southampton, Kent, Leeds, Nottingham and Birmingham.

Each conference included:

  • A keynote address by Chief Executive Bruce Moore, sharing his vision for the future of retirement living
  • Regional updates from our Heads of Service and Regional Operations Managers
  • Informative and practical sessions on sustainability, the cost of living and income maximisation
  • An interactive quiz to round off the day

We received brilliant feedback from attendees, who told us how much they appreciated the chance to learn, share their views, and meet others in their community.

Pam Mastrantonio, Managing Director of Retirement Living shared,

"It was wonderful to see so many residents and colleagues come together throughout May for our Retirement Living Resident Conferences. These events provide a valuable opportunity for residents to engage with our teams, gain meaningful insights into key issues, and strengthen their connection not only with Housing 21 colleagues but with one another. Every aspect of these conferences is designed with residents in mind; empowering, informing, and fostering a real sense of community. I am very proud of everyone involved who helped make them a brilliant success."

A huge thank you goes out to all residents who came along and participated.
