Housing 21 is proud to announce that it has signed the ASB Help Pledge, reinforcing its commitment to supporting residents affected by anti-social behaviour (ASB) and promoting best practice across all ASB Case Reviews.

Anti-social behaviour can have a significant and lasting impact on individuals’ health, wellbeing, and quality of life. While a range of legal and non‑legal tools are available to tackle ASB, there are occasions when issues persist despite being reported to multiple agencies. The ASB Case Review, previously known as the Community Trigger, plays a vital role in ensuring victims are heard and agencies work together to find effective solutions.

However, the administration of the ASB Case Review process varies across England and Wales, meaning victims can experience inconsistent support. In response, ASB Help developed the Pledge: an initiative encouraging all agencies involved in the process to embed clear, consistent, and victim‑centred best practice within their procedures.

By signing the Pledge, Housing 21 commits to working closely with ASB Help and partner agencies to ensure residents have access to a fair, transparent, and effective ASB Case Review process. The organisation will continue to champion collaborative working, recognising that partnership approaches are essential for resolving complex ASB cases and supporting victim wellbeing.

Angela Denison, Victim and Partnership Manager at ASB Help said:

“We are delighted that Housing 21 has signed our ASB Help Pledge. Their commitment to delivering best practice in the ASB Case Review process ensures that victims are given a voice and that agencies work together to secure positive outcomes.”

This partnership strengthens Housing 21’s ongoing commitment to creating safe and supportive communities for its residents across the country.
