The celebrations are in full swing as Housing 21 scooped the Investors in People Award for Best People Team.
The award celebrates the teams who are creating a positive employee experience and making impactful change within their organisation, with the submission focusing on championing people culture and growth.
Criteria for the entry was to highlight a team that excels in fostering a positive workplace and supports every employee’s journey of development.

In other news, the housing provider has reaffirmed its position as a leading employer after achieving an impressive 82 percent for overall employee satisfaction in the 2025 Employee survey.
The survey was carried out in partnership with Investors in People (IIP) to gather feedback from employees across Housing 21. The results provided insights into the experiences, priorities and ideas for improvement suggested by existing employees.
Housing 21 is committed to retaining IIP Platinum accreditation and this new collaboration with IIP supports ongoing efforts to strengthen employee engagement and build a culture where people feel value and supported. In July this year, the leading provider of Extra Care and Retirement Living not only retained IIP Platinum but was also awarded IIP Wellbeing Gold.
