To celebrate becoming a member of Women in Retirement Living,we're shining a light on some of the incredible women working at Housing 21. This week we would like to introduce you to Zoey, Regional Operations Manager:
Zoey has over 25 years’ experience in the housing sector working in a variety of roles in general needs, supported and older persons' housing. She started her career in Birmingham for a small housing association and over the years has worked for housing associations both in the Midlands and North-East.
Zoey is now the Regional Operations Manager for the North at Housing 21 and is passionate about helping others in the sector, especially through Housing 21’s Housing Academy: “I love being a mentor as part of the Housing Academy, it’s so important to develop talent and the next generation of housing professionals.”
During her time in her role she has also supported the award win for the Helping Hands campaign for ‘Most innovative financial support scheme’ at the Housing Digital Innovation Awards in 2023. She said: “I was invited to speak externally at Housemarks Customer Experience Club, and Tenancy Sustainability and Communities Club to showcase what we do and to share good practice.”
