There is also a reliable taxi service which many residents use to take them into town, shopping or to visit friends and there is a train station a short drive away.

The well maintained gardens provide an alternative place for relaxation in fine weather and those with green fingers are encouraged to get involved with the gardening if they choose.
Within easy reach of the court are cafés, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, a post office, chemist, doctors surgeries and a community centre, as well as a cinema and bowling centre a short drive away. Stockton town centre is three miles away.
