Creasy Court

Creasy Court is located in a quiet residential area between Basildon town centre and Pitsea.

Basildon and Pitsea both hold thriving markets several times a week and there are several car boot sales and an annual farmers’ market in the area.

Basildon has its own sporting village with a swimming pool and gyms, while a cinema, bowling alley and a variety of bars and restaurants are within easy reach at Festival Leisure Park.

Wat Tyler Country Park in Pitsea is a popular place to visit, with country walks, train rides, thatched cottages and an attractive marina with shops and a café. Slightly further afield is the Langdon Hills Country Park which boasts acres of country walks and a restaurant and bar nearby.

Creasy Court is 10 minutes’ walk from Basildon town centre or you can catch the bus from a stop two minutes’ walk away. From Basildon bus station there are regular transfers to Lakeside and Bluewater shopping centres and Chelmsford. Basildon has two rail stations which offer easy access to London for sightseeing and theatre trips. Nearby Southend is a seaside town with a variety of high street shops, restaurants and amusements.

The court has a residents’ Car park, communal laundry and a welcoming lounge where many social activities take place. Green-fingered residents take pride in the communal gardens which boast a variety of plants and shrubs offering year-round colour.
