There will also be a residents’ lounge, buggy store and guest suite for residents and their guests to enjoy. As well as support from our specialist team, the scheme is managed by a dedicated onsite Registered Manager.

Shared ownership
There are 35 one and two bedroom apartments available to purchase through shared ownership, with a minimum purchase of 25 percent to a maximum of 75 percent. Basing costs on each individual's financial situation makes home ownership an option for all. Allocation terms and conditions apply.

There are also 35 one and two bedroom apartments available for social rent, where Housing Benefit is accepted.
