Greyfriars is a welcoming and modern scheme, located just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the Georgian market town of Richmond in North Yorkshire. The River Swale runs through the attractive town, which also has a castle.
The court has a range of onsite facilities for residents including a communal lounge, laundry, guest room, hair salon, restaurant and lift. Buses run regularly into the town centre, and nearby Darlington, from a stop just 100 yards from the court.

Greyfriars is a friendly development with a wide range of social activities for residents to enjoy including visiting singers, quizzes and parties.
It has well-maintained and child-friendly gardens with a sun house, greenhouse and chickens. Residents are welcome to tend the gardens if they choose. The gardens attract a variety of birds, and outdoor activities are held there in the summer.
Greyfriars is conveniently located close to the town centre shops and amenities. Doctors' surgeries, banks, chemists and places of worship are all within walking distance of the court.
