Knaves Court is conveniently situated at the top of the high street and alongside a canal in the bustling area of Brownhills.
Knaves Court has beautifully kept landscaped gardens, with benches, patio areas and a seated pagoda. The communal lounge opens on to a large patio area which is used for outdoor activities and socialising. Residents are welcome to use the greenhouse to grow plants and vegetables or just enjoy the garden, which is often frequented by local wildlife!
Knaves Court has Car parking on-site and is well connected, with two bus stops located just outside the court, a ring-and-ride service and local taxi companies offering good rates. There are bus routes to Walsall, Aldridge, Birmingham and Cannock. Walsall town centre, just five miles away, holds a weekly market with a variety of stalls from fresh produce to clothes, gifts and accessories.
There are also pubs, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a post office. Tesco and Aldi are on the high street and the local leisure centre is just one mile away.
In 2025-26, Housing 21 commissioned Acuity to carry out a Care Satisfaction Survey with residents who receive a care component in an Extra Care scheme.
The purpose of the survey is to provide quality data to help improve the service provision. We undertook a census approach of Extra Care residents who could complete the survey online by scanning a QR code. Alternatively, they had the option to complete the paper version and return the survey themselves or get help from someone else.

Social activities are organised throughout the year, from tea dances and musical entertainers to shows and demonstrations. There are also regular church services, bingo, fundraisers, and seasonal events.
Regular residents' meetings are held, with the opportunity to get involved in organising activities and events.
Knaves Court has plenty of shops and amenities within walking distance of the court, including a park, library, GP surgeries and pharmacies.
