Our new Extra Care scheme Michaelmas Court will offer independent living with on-site care for people over the age of 55. The 40 stylish apartments and 14 modern bungalows will be available to rent or purchase through shared ownership. 

Michaelmas Court has been designed to provide fully accessible facilities for residents and members of the public, such as a café/bistro and hair salon.
