From Mountbatten Court, it is just a short distance to a range of amenities including several supermarkets, a post office, doctors surgery and dentist, while the main shopping centre offers a wider range of high street shops, supermarkets and markets.
It is easy to get around the area, with buses running regularly into Winchester from a stop just outside the court. A local dial-a-ride service and several reliable taxis are also available for residents to use. Winchester has a train station, a 15 minute walk away, which offers connections to the area’s towns and cities.
Mountbatten Court has a range of onsite facilities including a communal lounge and laundry rooms. A guest room is available for family and friends to stay, at £20.00 per night. This includes use of the communal lounge and kitchen.
The court is surrounded by large and attractive gardens which are visited by a wide range of local birds. Many green-fingered residents enjoy taking care of the area in front of their own front door.

Several special interest groups meet in the comfortable communal lounges to chat over a cup of tea. The court is surrounded by extensive communal gardens which are visited by a whole range of birds and residents with green fingers are welcome to look after their own patch of garden if they choose.
