Oakley Gardens is the third Extra Care development completed in partnership with Sandwell Council, and features a total of 50 one bedroom apartments and 31 two bedroom apartments. It features a dementia-friendly wing with secure and safe outside gardens.
Applicants for apartments need to be aged 55 or over and have a care need. Domestic services can also be purchased on-site privately.
