A new Retirement Living scheme is coming to Hayling Island this Autumn!

South Hayling Court offers residents independent living, with stylish, modern apartments - combined with spacious communal facilities. Our 39 one- and two-bedroom apartments are available for rent and shared ownership to residents over the age of 55. 

The scheme has been designed to provide fully accessible facilities for both residents and visitors including an onsite manager and a buggy store. Situated just 0.6 miles from Hayling Island Beach, this scheme has many amenities nearby. With a Co-Op, vets, medical practice, and library within walking distance. There is also good transport links, with a range of bus stops just a short walk away which has routes to Eastoke and Havant. The nearest train station, Havant is just over five miles away.
