Shared ownership
There are 30 two-bedroom apartments for shared ownership, with a minimum purchase of 25 percent to a maximum of 75 percent - based on each individual's financial position. Allocation terms and conditions apply. Prices start from £57,500 for a 25% share.

Rental
There are 30 two bedroom apartments available for affordable rent, where Housing Benefit is accepted. Rental apartments are available through North Somerset Council.
