Tanners Court is a new Retirement Living scheme opening later this year in Runcorn; an industrial town in the Borough of Halton, Cheshire.
The scheme will comprise 35 one- and two-bedroom apartments, all of which are available to rent by local people over the age of 65. As well as enjoying the privacy of your own stylish home, you will also have the choice to enjoy the facilities at Tanners Court. This includes our communal lounge, buggy store and gardens. Pets can move in with you too!
A key element of our service is the on-site Local Housing Manager who is there to ensure day to day life at Tanners Court runs smoothly. They are also there to help by organising any necessary repair work with tradespeople, allowing you to spend more time doing things that you enjoy.
There will be two lifts so all apartments are easily accessible. Some apartments have balconies, others have Juliette balconies. Some overlook the gardens and car park, others have views of the local park. Our friendly team will be able to tell you more information about our available apartments.
Runcorn is located between Liverpool and Manchester and its links to the rail, motorway and canal networks have made it a well-connected place to live. It is said that Runcorn residents will never be more than five minutes walking distance from a bus stop too. And you can explore further afield too, with great travel links into Liverpool and beyond with Runcorn Train Station just over a mile away from the scheme.
