Welby-Everard Court

Welby-Everard Court enjoys an attractive location next to the River Witham in the centre of Grantham, a lively market town in the heart of Lincolnshire.

The Court is just five minutes’ walk from the centre of town, where there are many high street stores, independent shops, supermarkets, pubs, banks, churches, cafés, restaurants, doctors surgeries, a post office, chemist and a local hospital.

There is plenty for residents to do in the area, with Grantham having a range of leisure facilities including its own theatre, cinema and leisure centre as well as several attractive parks and walks alongside the River Witham.

Grantham Carnival and the Gravity Fields event are held every year in the town centre and there are also Saturday markets and regular food fairs in the local marketplace.

Buses run regularly into nearby Lincoln, Boston and Melton Mowbray from the town centre. There are also many reliable taxi companies and a dial-a-ride bus which residents can use. The town’s mainline train station provides direct connections to larger towns and cities including London, Skegness and Nottingham.

Welby-Everard Court has been recently refurbished and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There are a range of on-site facilities including a communal lounge with fitted kitchen, guest room with en suite, communal laundry, lift and Car park.

The Court has attractive and enclosed gardens. Green-fingered residents are welcome to get involved in maintaining the gardens if they choose and several enjoy growing their own tomatoes. The gardens are next to the river and ducks are regular visitors to the Court.
