Contact us

At Housing 21, we are committed to ensuring the delivery and retention of older people’s housing to meet the needs of an increasing older population.

We work closely with partners including developers and local authorities to identify opportunities for the construction of up to 400 new properties every year - including cohousing opportunities - in accordance with our development brief.

In addition to new developments, we are also committed to growing our portfolio through acquisitions. By purchasing older people’s housing from general needs landlords, this enables them to focus on their main property portfolio whilst being reassured residents are transferring to a specialist housing provider.

As a charitable, not-for-profit provider led by our social purpose, we are driven by providing safe, quality and affordable housing with care or support for those who need it most. Any profit we make goes into developing our properties and services and not into the pockets of shareholders.

To ensure we provide the best experience for residents and employees, we work closely with partners, investors and stakeholders to share best practice and invest in both our people and properties.
