Standard and Poor’s Credit Rating: August 2024

On 5 August 2024, Standards and Poor's reaffirmed the long-term issuer rating of Housing 21 as 'A-' with a stable outlook. They comment that Housing 21 will benefit from strong and increasing demand for its services in retirement and extra care homes, which will generate a stable and predictable rental revenue and support the financial performance.
