Our ideal development brief varies between Extra Care, Retirement Living and cohousing sites.

If you have something that sits outside any of these scopes, we still welcome a discussion, especially if the proposal involves Modern Methods of Construction, low carbon builds and innovation through procurement that will improve the speed of construction, value and quality of the end product.

Extra Care developments

Extra Care sites are between 1.5 and 2.5 acres and support the development of between 60 and 90 apartments.

Our preference is for a serviced roadside site with all utilities ideally within an established community, near to local facilities and easily accessible by public transport.

Retirement Living developments

Retirement Living requires slightly less land at around 0.75 - 2 acres. Our ideal option is to develop between 40 and 70 properties.

The apartments are designed for independent living, to be safe and secure, located close to local amenities and with easy access to public transport.

Cohousing developments

Cohousing developments should offer between 15 and 25 self-contained, private apartments comprising one- and two-bedrooms.

The scheme should be designed to reflect two distinct zones: communal shared space and individual apartments, with clear delineation and physical barriers between the spaces.
