Rest assured that Housing 21 has more than 60 years of experience in designing and building properties for older people, offering a safe and secure environment with modern features and facilities.
Live in your own property with support from an on-site Local Housing Manager during the week who can help arrange things like repairs and maintenance in your home.
Enjoy the privacy and security of your own home with a 24-hour emergency alarm system installed, as standard. Some schemes also have a video-call entry system, with more being installed each year.
Retirement Living schemes consist of one- and two-bedroom apartments or bungalows.
Enjoy access to spaces such as a resident's lounge and communal garden.
You must be at least 55 years old, with priority given to people over 65.
Guest rooms are available for friends and family at competitive rates. If you are planning to travel, these rooms can be used at other Housing 21 schemes too.
