Considerations
If you need help with your next property move, there are a number of things for you to consider which we strongly recommend that you read.
The Summary of Costs Key Information Document lists the costs you will incur. This includes the cost of a valuation by a surveyor who is registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the sale price of your home will be based on that valuation.

We understand circumstances change. If you are thinking of moving, the first thing to do is to inform your manager who can advise on the process.
We do support mutual exchanges, subject to any incoming resident meeting our eligibility criteria and your rent account being clear of any arrears. Again, speak to your manager to find out more.
