Our new Extra Care scheme, Albion Gardens in Stalham, will offer independent living with on-site care for people over the age of 55. Our one and two-bedroom apartments to rent will be available for shared ownership to residents over the age of 55.

The scheme has been designed to provide fully accessible facilities for residents and members of the public, such as a café/ bistro and hair salon. There is also a spacious residents’ lounge, buggy store and communal gardens for residents. The scheme will be located on land north of Yarmouth Road and is a short walk to the amenities in the centre of Stalham.
