Beckwith Mews is situated in the quiet area of Silksworth, four miles from Sunderland City Centre.
Silksworth has a Community Pool, Tennis and Wellness Centre, and also benefits from a Sainsbury’s store, a number of doctor’s surgeries, dentists, bank services and a post office, as well as Catholic and Methodist churches.
Beckwith Mews itself has a small garden with seating areas for residents, who can take part in the gardening if they wish. Inside, the court has a residents’ lounge and kitchen, communal laundry, guest room and lift. Hairdressers and beauticians visit the court regularly. There is a large Car park to the side of the court.
