Berryhill Village is a 148-property Extra Care village located just a short distance from the city centre of Stoke-on-Trent (Hanley). The Village benefits from a shop, gym, restaurant, library, bar, laundry, activities and car parking facilities.

It has three floors, all of which are accessible by a lift and has 144 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom flats, available for rent only.

There is car parking on site and the scheme has two buses which come to the scheme and stop outside the main entrance.

Tenant Satisfaction Measures

Every year, Housing 21 conducts an anonymous survey to understand how satisfied residents feel about our services, including questions relating to Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). As this is a newly acquired scheme (after the 2024 survey was carried out), the document at the top of this page relates to the overall performance of Housing 21 rather than the scheme specifically. We plan to share a survey with all new residents who have moved in with us, and we will then publish these results on this page in 2025.
