Bromfield Court is situated in the centre of the rural town of Stone in Staffordshire. The court enjoys a peaceful setting yet is within walking distance of the high street, with a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs.
There is plenty to do in the town, with a thriving monthly farmers’ market and various celebrations throughout the year. The Trent and Mersey canal and the River Trent run through the centre of Stone and offer many pleasant walks.
Stone has a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and hotels as well as many high street shops and independent retailers. The town was once famous for brewing beer and the old Joules brewery can still be seen from the canal side.
There is a reliable and regular bus service that runs between Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford from Stone. There is also a train station which provides connections to the mainline rail network.
Bromfield Court has a range of onsite facilities including a residents’ lounge, hairdressing salon and a laundry.
The court is proud of its attractive gardens, which have many mature shrubs and flowers and which have been named winners and runners-up in previous ‘Stone in Bloom’ competitions.

Bromfield Court is a friendly, welcoming scheme and the communal lounge hosts a range of social activities for residents, including those held by local groups hiring the lounge. Residents are also welcome to join in activities and use the facilities at Summerfield Court which is just a short walk away. The landscaped gardens at both courts provide the ideal place for a spot of outdoor relaxation and socialising in warmer weather.
Within walking distance of the court is a range of amenities including a doctors surgery, dentist, three chemists, a post office and two large supermarkets.
