Applying for a home at Bulmer House

Bulmer House is an Extra Care Living scheme for people aged 55 and over who have eligible care and support needs. Hampshire County Council holds 100% nomination rights for all apartments, meaning all lettings are allocated through the local authority's nominations process.

To be considered for a home, applicants must:

Have been assessed by Hampshire County Council as eligible for care and support.

Priority may be given to applicants with a local connection to the East Hampshire district and South Downs National Park area.
