Charles Dalton Court is situated in a quiet spot just five minutes’ walk from the centre of the historic market town of Andover in Hampshire.
The court has a range of on-site facilities including a communal lounge with bar, hairdresser, guest room for friends and family to stay, and laundry.
The attractive gardens are a particular feature of the court, with a number of secluded seating areas where residents can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere or watch the variety of birds that visit to use the bird baths and feeders. Residents are welcome to get involved with taking care of their own areas of the garden if they choose.
The town is lively with various markets running throughout the year. The court is conveniently located within easy walking distance of a wide range of amenities including several supermarkets, shops, banks, a post office, doctors surgery and dentist. The Royal British Legion is next door to the court.
There is plenty to do in the area, with a multiscreen cinema, leisure centre, theatre, garden centre and a good selection of pubs, restaurants and cafés in the town. There are also many pleasant walks to enjoy in the area.
