
Chatham Place is a 64-property Extra Care scheme located in Northfield just off the main high street where all of the shops are. It is six miles from Birmingham City Centre. On-site facilities include a cafe/bistro, a communal lounge, and a laundry room.
The scheme has three floors, all of which are accessible by a lift and has 11 one-bedroom and 53 two-bedroom flats. Chatham Place has shared ownership properties as well as flats to rent. Specialising in accommodation for people with a sight impairment over 55.
Car parking on-site is available at the front and rear of the building and under CCTV surveillance.

Tenant Satisfaction Measures
Every year, Housing 21 conducts an anonymous survey to understand how satisfied residents feel about our services, including questions relating to Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). As this is a newly acquired scheme (after the 2024 survey was carried out), the document at the top of this page relates to the overall performance of Housing 21 rather than the scheme specifically. We plan to share a survey with all new residents who have moved in with us, and we will then publish these results on this page in 2025.
